Consent, coercion & getting support

Your safety and your choices matter. This page does not require you to record what happened.

A guide to understand and prepare

When to seek care

If you are in immediate danger, seek emergency assistance or move to a safer place if you can.

Urgent-help guide
Understand the concern

Sexual contact requires consent. Pressure, threats or forced contact are not your fault. Support may include medical care, emotional support and practical safety planning. You can seek healthcare even if you are unsure about reporting to police; local procedures differ.

What assessment may involve

After a recent assault, prompt specialist care can address injuries and time-sensitive pregnancy and infection prevention. Ask what each examination involves and about confidentiality and safeguarding duties. You can request a support person or an interpreter.

Care options to discuss

If your device is monitored, consider a safer device or trusted support contact. Leaving this page does not erase browser history or saved data. Avoid saving sensitive notes here on a shared device. This prototype has no confidential messaging or live support service.

These are discussion points, not a prescription. Suitability and availability vary.
