In short

• What you enter stays on your device. The app does not collect, send or sell your health information.
• No accounts, ads or tracking. There are no cookies, no analytics and no third-party trackers.
• Saving is your choice. Nothing is remembered between visits unless you turn on device saving in My plan.

If you turn on device saving

Your notes, diary entries, appointments and preferences are kept in this browser, on this device only. They are not sent to us or to anyone else. You can delete them at any time with Delete my plan, or by clearing the data of this site in your browser settings.

Shared or borrowed devices

Saved information is not locked inside the browser: anyone who can open this browser on this device could see it. On a shared phone or computer, leave device saving off. Hide personal details on Home only hides previews on the Home page. It is not a lock.

Backups

A backup file contains your health entries and preferences. It is protected by a passphrase you choose, at least 12 characters long. Keep the file and the passphrase in different places. We cannot recover a forgotten passphrase.

The website itself

This website is delivered by a hosting service (Cloudflare). Like any website host, it handles basic technical information, such as your IP address and the pages requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure. The app adds no analytics or tracking of its own.

Links and sharing

Guides link to public health sources such as the NHS, CDC and ACOG. Their own privacy policies apply once you open them. A link is shared, a summary copied or a calendar file exported only when you choose to, and what you share is up to you.
